Day 3: The Gift of Attention
Today, select one meal to eat without any distractions—no TV, computer, reading, or driving. Focus fully on the food. If you find yourself becoming bored, quit eating and find something else to do. VERY OFTEN, BOREDOM IS A SIGNAL THAT YOU’VE HAD ENOUGH.
