12/12/12 is significant because a date with the same three numbers won't come around again for 88 years - on January 1, 2101 or 01/01/01. In truth, every day is significant when we pause to recognize that this day will never come around again either. This profound fact is easy to forget, especially during the busy holiday season.
For the next 12 days, we're going to share a mini-mindful eating exercise to help you focus on the gift of each day. Each one is intentionally short, simple, and powerful. After all, big gifts often come in small packages!
