Michelle,
My husband and I also went to Italy (and France) for our 25th anniversary this summer! It was our first time to Europe and we had a wonderful time. We walked so much and loved every minute of it. I so enjoyed your article. It brought back the sense of joy we had to explore each day on our trip. I plan to try to bring that feeling back to my every day life here. I appreciate your examples of how to add physical activity to my every day life back home. Thanks!
Mary

I went to this website at the encouragement of my dietitian. I am hooked! It will be a source of motivation and information to help me continue my quest for improved health. It has taken me over ayear to lose 35 pounds, but I did it painlessly and with incremental small changes that have become permanent. Thank you, Thank you for all you do!
